ESTADA was born from Joana Machado da Silva’s experience in managing and operating real estate assets since 2015. In addition to this area, her skills have naturally grown and developed in Consulting and Interior Design, reflecting her passion for this sector. Her refined and objective architectural vision integrates coherently and sustainably, resulting in a balanced approach between practicality and aesthetics.
The company’s focus is on providing specialized consulting services in financial and strategic analysis of real estate, centered on the hotel and local accommodation sector. ESTADA accompanies projects at all stages, from the investment phase to the final phase involving daily operation. This process includes a rigorous analysis of financial viability, cost structure, and the real profitability of assets, reflecting the success of the investment and the results achieved.
After verifying the feasibility and potential, we move on to the architectural development, decoration, and project implementation phases, enabling us to present complete and customized solutions.
